Prohibited activities include spam, harassment, illegal content, or unauthorized data scraping. 4. Fees & Payments Subscription fees are non-refundable unless required by law. Campride IT-Solutions reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice. 5. Privacy Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to WhatsApp's data processing practices. 6. Intellectual Property Campride IT-Solutions retains all rights to Campride WhatsBot's software, branding, and content. Reverse engineering or unauthorized reuse is strictly prohibited. 7. Termination We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or non-payment. Users may cancel subscriptions via the dashboard or written notice. 8. Disclaimers The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for WhatsApp API disruptions, user-generated content violations, or indirect damages (e.g., lost profits). 9. Limitation of Liability Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the last 6 months. 10. Amendments These Terms may be updated with prior notice (via email or dashboard alerts).
